Madison, 39110 Mississippi, United States

Erroneous $70 PAYPAL charge on my VISA that listed the usual CA phone number. PAYPAL needs to do a better job re: known scammers. It appears from other reports that these scammers have been around for over 10 years. Makes me sick!!!!
