I received two separate silver gray plastic envelopes via USPS FIRST-CLASS PKG SVC, Each was folded to enclose a piece of cardboard the size of a post card. One was plain, the other has a piece of Black package tape on it.. No other inserts. The shipping label has USPS tracking number. How do I handle this? Whom should I contact?
