After writing this, called postal inspector and found out this is what's called a "brushing scam." The sender mails these packages so they can then create fake reviews for themselves. Inspection rep said she didn't think it's dangerous. Of course, you never know. Recieved 5 inch by 7 inch first class USPS package containing 3 small pieces of cardboard.The "Shipper Center" address came up on Google as a home in Louisville, KY. Called a phone number that came up when entering the address yielded a weird sounding automated answer.
Called USPS customer service and was told all they could do is send it back to return address.
No odd charges on any accounts as yet.
Mighty weird.
