I thought I was ordering from a Kohl's website and that the merchandise was being shipped from within the US, but after placing my order I realized it was coming from China. It gave me a tracking number and I followed it from leaving China to arriving in the US. A week after arriving in the US, I still had not received the merchandise and there had been no further updates on the tracking. So I emailed them and they replied that the merchandise was on its way and I should receive it in a few days. About 3-4 days later the tracking showed it had been delivered to my "mailbox/courtyard." I don't have a "courtyard" and never did receive the merchandise.
