My daughter ordered a nativity set, paid with her credit card as a gift to me and today I received a set of socks with the correct order number attached with just a return only address on the package. I emailed but don’t anticipate a reply. These scammers hurst a lot of people. Has anyone been successful getting a refund? Is there another platform they can be reported to so they don’t continue to harm people?I'm in Salt Lake City
