1. New protocol's developed but not being followed or enforced. 2. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection is not done after a positive case has been identified. 3. Management is making an attempt at training, but it is lacking. Employees just need to read a packet and sign off on it. 4. Employees can refuse to get tested and still allowed to work. 5. NOT screening any contractors, suppliers or clients when they enter the building. 6. Large groups of staff members are allowed to congregate in in the lunch room without socially distancing. 7.
