The employer is not enforcing and/or implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) After several employees tested positive, others employees were not notified in accordance with §16VAC25-220. b) Employees are encouraged not to report when they are experiencing signs or symptoms consistent with COVID; c) Prior to the commencement of each work shift, prescreening or surveying to verify whether employees have signs or symptoms of COVID is not implement and/or enforced; and d) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID are required to report to work without proper screening, quarantining or following a Return to Work policy that complies with §16VAC25-220.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
