1. Employees are potentially exposed to the health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported to OSHA that this establishment has had four confirmed cases of COVID-19 and that the employer did not conduct contact tracing or notify those employees who had close contact. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It was reported that the employer has failed to post the OSHA "It's The Law Poster." Contrary to 29 CFR 1903.2(a)(1). 3. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with unsanitary work conditions. It was reported that the employer failed to clean a restroom which was contaminated with blood on the toilet. Contrary to 1910.141(a)(3)(i).Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 25
