Regulatory Report

Employer not enforcing social distancing|Business operating even though business classified as nonessential|Other I would appreciate if you would not disclose my identity. Since the new president of the board has been in office 4 people have been threatened with eviction, including myself. All for different reasons but what we have in common is that we speak up when something is wrong. And things are very wrong here, but now it could be very harmful. I filed a complaint last week. Non essential board members are still going into the office. However they are now using a different door as the main entrance has a camera. ||They are not doing this to comply with social distancing because they are going in and out in groups of 2 or more and not wearing any protective gear nor are they keeping a six foot distance. ||Two of the maintenance men are putting new siding on a unit. I don' believe that is essential business.||One woman that lives here has a daughter with a compromised immune system. Board members have been congregating without keeping the 6 ft directive at the house next door that is owned but not occupied by one of the board members. I believe they are doing this because she is not afraid to speak up about problems.||Maintenance men are still going into board members homes. And I saw them going into another members unit today with no protective gear at all. The 2 men were not 6 feet apart.||This is a community with many elderly people.
