1. Employees are exposed to overhead struck by hazards, in that the employer has not ensured that general merchandise product is properly stacked on pallets resulting in product falling off the pallets. Location: General Merchandise rear storage area 2. Employees are exposed to overhead struck by hazards, in that the employer has not ensured proper procedures for employees using powered industrial trucks to raise heavy product ,such as but not limited to pallets of unstable loads of water, unto metal shelves that are approximately ten feet above the ground. Location: Grocery rear storage area 3. Employees are exposed to fire hazards, in that the employer does not ensure walk ways are clear and emergency exit doors are unblocked while employees are performing duties. Location: Back room emergency doors and aisles 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in that the employer has not fully implemented Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for COVID-19 where employees are exhibiting signs and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as, fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath possibly indicating infection by SARS-CoV-2 (severe respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2).
