T8 CCR 3366(d) Employees are running out of soap and towels for washing. T8 CCR 3205(c)(3)(B) Employer is not effectively informing employees about close contact with others that test positive for COVID-19. T8 CCR 3363(b) Water coolers where employees refill water bottles is not cleaned, it is unsanitary. T8 CCR 3205(c)(10)(A)&(B) Employee are not being sent home when they appear sick and/or tell supervisors that they feel sick. Certain employees are not made to quarantine for the ten day period as required and employer encourages employees to work while ill. T8 CCR 5141(a) Mist busters filters are not cleaned & replaced as required, employees are exposed to contaminants. Employees are breathing in vapor from the coolant oils. T8 CCR 3273(a) Machines are not maintained, machines leak oil onto the floor and which creates a slip hazard. Multiple machines have leaks. T8 CCR 5141(a) Buffing and polishing wheels are supposed to have collection system for the particulates that are created, the employer does not have it set and employees are exposed.
