1. The hazard about 40+ others(10+ per shift) are dealing with at the moment is with the plastic granulators, they have signs directly on them to wear double ear protection which hasn't been provided. 2. The biggest issue is the lack of proper PPE. We have been asking for weeks about this issue, asking for headphones for days because the grinder displays a sign right on it for them. The employer only found one pair and wants to make it mandatory for just one employee to wear them. Employees fear they may be being exposed to hearing damage working without the proper PPE. 3. Employees are also supposed to be provided a hearing test within 6 months of being exposed to these sound levels and haven't received one.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-12
