1- Employees in the distribution department exposed to COVID-19 related hazards, 3 out of 5 workers in the department have tested positive for COVID-19. Employer is not enforcing methods to reduce virus transmission. Contrary to Section (5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2- Employees exposed to health hazards in that there is an insect infestation (cockroaches) in the distribution department. The employer does not implement a continuing and effective extermination program. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.141Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 5
