1 - A forklift driver was sick with symptoms that may have been Covid-19 and was sick around many employees talking to employees without a facemask during the 1st 2 weeks of March 2021. The management was aware he was sick and did nothing until he couldn't work and needed to go home. No one is cleaning up or disinfecting the areas before or after work. 2 Employees have reported to possibly be symptomatic and were denied by managers and were told it may have been allergies and to continue work. 3 Staff members aren't social distancing or wearing masks or enforcing policies. 4 Areas where employees worked and later became sick with Covid-19 are not being adequately sanitized. 5 At times fire extinguishers, emergency exits are being blocked my pallets and merchandise. 6 Forklift operators are speeding around warehouse and running stop signs . 7 Bay doors are malfunctioning. 8 Electrical panels have exposed breakers and wiring with no covers.
