1. Not following COVID-19 guidelines. 2. In the hardware department, employees have to climb the shelves because there is no ladder provided. 3. Aisle ways are blocked or hard to manuever powered industrial trucks causing risk to being hit by them. 4. Powered industrial truck drivers that do not pay attention causing multiple employees almost being struck by them. 5. The building with the sales department, the aisle ways are stacked with product blocking being able to safely get inventory out of gaylord boxes which has caused injury. 6. Shakey ladders are provided to climb to the second shelf but not to the third causing employees to climb the racks. 7. Door ways are blocked with pallets of product. 8.
