The employer is not ensuring the use of face coverings by employees on the work room floor in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for face coverings in areas of high COVID-19 transmission. Employees are not wearing face coverings or the face covering is not completely covering the nose and mouth potentially exposing co-workers on the work room floor to SARS-CoV-2 while at their desk on the work room floor, clocking in and out on the work room floor, and walking through the work room floor.
