1. Employees were exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 because disinfecting/ sanitizing wipes have not been provided to employees to clean their work surfaces, computers, and door handles. 2. Employees have been exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 because some employees and managers do not wear a mask indoors when maintaining a six feet distance is not possible. 3. Employees have been exposed to health hazards because hot running water has not been provided throughout the facility especially in restrooms. Also, toilettes papers and towel papers have not been provided in men's and women's restrooms.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
