1. The Postal service failed to report the names of the employees working on Flatsorter #7 that were exposed to Covid-19 after being notified by the positive employee on 09/19/21 to the tour 1 manager. The Greensboro district stated that the rules had changed and they no longer report the employees exposed to COVID-19 names. 2. The contaminated Flatsorter #7 work area has not been cleaned and disinfected as of 09/26/21. 3. The four employees who were possibly exposed were told that they had to use their personal leave if they quarantined while waiting to get tested and the results. Employees were not allowed to stay out of the workplace for the 14 days as stated on the test results report after receiving a negative results. This is not the first time that this has happened within the Postal service.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
