Employer has failed to provide documentation relating to COVID-19 remote work guidelines; no detail what is "feasible" for remote work. The only words documented in our cities outdated response plan in regards to remote work is "Remote Work / Alternative Work Schedule: All employees who are not essential to operations during any Stay Home Executive Order, and whose job duties reasonably allow them to telework, may be permitted to perform some of their job duties remotely, or on an alternative work schedule, until otherwise determined by the respective department head and Administration." 2. When requesting continuation of remote work after the springtime; I was told that I was unable to work from home because I need to be able to answer phone calls in the office. 3. I requested a work phone for remote access which we have available and was told that they couldn't get calls to be redirected. 4. My doctor specifically requested I work from home.
