1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings when working indoors. The District Senior Director of Las Vegas Target stores had been traveling interstate to visit other Target establishments. During their 3-day visit to this establishment, the Director did not wear a face covering and other leaders did not take steps to ensure the Director was following the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to wearing face coverings indoors.
