Employer does not not enforce social distancing, masks, or sanitary conditions. Community dining areas in close quarters are being used. Employees are made to use 'community ' break rooms. There will be 30-40 people in one break room at a time. Mask are suggested by not enforced. Employees are not able to take hand sanitizer onto the work floor. Employees are not screened upon entrance to facility instead we were provided with thermometers at orientation to self check. Employees do have sanitation workers but you never see them but maybe once every two weeks.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-16
