1) The employer is not conducting proper screening for employees entering into the facility where people with COVID-19 symptoms are still allowed to enter and report to work. 2) The employer did not conduct cleaning and disinfection when people with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 are known to have been in the facility. 3) The employer did not enforce the quarantine policy for employees who are exposed to or sick with COVID-19 symptoms.
