T8 CCR 3205 Employer notified employee in writing 8/4/21 after employer became aware 8/2/21 a coworker in close contact tested positive for COVID. Employee received in writing notification she was not exposed the same day by another manager contradicting the first written notification. T8 CCR 3205 EE making complaint reported onset of symptoms to employer 7/26/21 through 7/30/21 but was told to come to work anyways.

I don't know what it is or why I received it,Shipper re#000236****. It's first class mail so I'm trying to figure how important it is also I've had some problems with identity theft which is the main reason for my concern.
