'- The noise levels are dangerous in the factory. Employees are told that they aren't allowed to wear any sort of earplugs or ear protection. Employees have constant ringing in their ears because of the loud noises throughout the factory. - Many times nobody beeps the horn when driving forklifts or they whip them around very fast, they drive around with the forks lifted up. - The safety and integrity of the cargo elevator, Cargo elevator seems to be very unsafe and wobbly and has a badly wired switch. - The trash compactor has a broken latch on the gate and they're still using it everyday, also the key mechanism for the compactor looks like it's about to fall off. Trash compactor outside near the loading dock has a broken latch on the door and the control panel/key panel is very loose. - A lot of times the exhaust vents on some of the CNC machines aren't connected or are leaking. - Fire extinguishers and electrical panels are constantly being blocked with carts of product or by pallets of material. Electrical panels on the second floor near the printing area, electrical panels on the first floor near the bathrooms. - There are wires hanging down from the ceilings and all over the floors. Wires hanging down on the second floor of the building - Truck drivers do not use any chocks when at the loading bays. Loading dock Area has no chocks for trucks. - As far as Covid 19 cleaning procedures go, there doesn't seem to be any anymore. We don't even require masks anymore or social distancing despite the signs they put on the floor - Maintenance incorrectly fixes machines cheaply instead of replacing parts. - The third floor of the building is being renovated and making employees work up there while renovating it. - There is constantly leaking, standing water underneath the Air conditioning units inside the building. - No ventilation on the laminating machines that give off vapors.
