There have been employees testing positive for COVID-19 and becoming sick since around the end of July 2021 and proper precautions are not being take to protect employees: 1. No one in the building is required to wear a face mask. Some employees work close together in the same office. 2. Employees are only required to come back to work once they have been without a fever for a few days. They are not being required to quarantine for the time period specified by the CDC. 3. When employees have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus, they are not always made to leave work and be tested or quarantine. Employees are relying on a rapid test and coming back to work too soon. 4. Between 6-7 employees have been out tested postive with COVID19 since August 1, 2021.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-08-16
