Back area work yard where physical therapy done is not maintained in good repair, employees do not have an established walk path and there are often used needles in the area from the COVID-19 testing program that also occurs onsite. T8CCR 3380(f). The employer has not evaluated the jobsite to determine appropriate, effective personal protection for employees exposed to the transmission of and infection of the novel coronavirus.
