Per Email: "Since mid-September 2020, the hospital has continuously failed to follow the ATD standard and allowed COVID positive nurses and other staff such as surgical techs, sterile processing, CNAs, ER Techs et at to continue walking. The employer failed to provide precautionary removal and quarantine of the staff. As a result, several other staff members in multiple departments have been exposed and infected with COVID and were also allowed to continue working.
