The casino has had COVID positive cases within recent weeks. Numerous other employees worked in close contact with the employee, who tested positive. The employees, who worked with in close contact, were not informed. Complaint indicates that the employer refused to contact trace the positive exposure. The complaint alleges the employer states "employees who share information regarding exposure of positive cases would be relieved from their position (to include: personal text messages, phone calls, and social media). "The employees are improperly sanitizing with "orange peroxide". Per manufacturer instructions, the cleaner needs to sit on the surface for at least 5 minutes.
