Located at Cosi at the College of William & Mary, where employees engage in food service, the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, in that, 1. The employer permits employees to work who have had close-contact exposure to a COVID-19 positive family member and suspected of to be infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The exposed employee reported the exposure to management and was required to return to work without following return to work policies and procedures. 2. The employer did not develop and implement return to work policies and procedures aligning with Virginia's Final Permanent Standard (16VAC25-220) for employees known or suspected to be infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. 3. The employer is forcing employees to work in a workplace with a confirmed positive COVID-19 employee. If the employee communicates to the employer that they are uncomfortable with the situation they are given the option to continue working or resign.

Floor cracks are getting wider and destroying our PIT equipment, walls are uneven and mold is at an all time high as employees struggle to breathe comfortably in the warehouse. Mold in floor cracks and between walls and boxes. Low quality concrete floor unsafe to support 6 ton PIT.

For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.

Lockport cares should be shut down for biohazard. Covid positive wear no masks. A mask is not required for covid positive people.
