For 3205: 1. 7 COVID-19 outbreaks in the last week. The employer refused to make testing mandatory at their facility. The employer is out of compliance with the new standard to test all workers during an outbreak. 2. The employer has not evaluated the ventilation on the production lines per 3205(c)(2)(E) and 3205(c)(8)(B) and documented the steps taken to implement the written COVID-19 program per 3205(c)(9)(C). 3. The employer has not demonstrated that six feet of separation is not possible per 3205(c)(6)(A) and documented the steps taken to implement the written COVID-19 program per 3205(c)(9)(C). 4. The solid partitions installed do not effectively reduce aerosol transmission between the employee and other persons per 3205(c)(8)(A). 5. The employer has not evaluated the need for respiratory protection in accordance with section 5144 when the physical distancing requirements in subsection (c)(6) are not feasible or are not maintained. This includes documenting the steps taken to implement the written COVID-19 program per 3205(c)(9)(C).Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 10
