Machine Room: 1. On or about late April and early May 2021, employees were exposed to COVID-19 in the workplace, which the employer knew, and did not tell them. Employees still have symptoms of COVID-19, such as loss of senses of smell and taste. 2. Employees operating machines such as, but not limited to, the capillary machines are exposed to, and have received, ergonomic injuries from repetitive motions. 3. Employees operating machines such as, but not limited to, machine #19 are exposed to, and have received, thermal burns.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 80
