Regulatory Report
100 South Water Street, New Haven, 06519 Connecticut, United States
During the week of December 19, 2021, there were several employees who had tested positive for Covid-19. Management was made aware of this, yet no employee was told of their possible exposure. OSHA guidelines require exposure risk to be known, while maintaining confidentiality for the employees who were positive. I am unsure how many employees subsequently tested positive for Covid-19 after exposure, but I know it was at least 10. The management team and HR were fully aware of who had tested positive and who may have been at risk from exposure, but no one outside of management was explicitly told that they had been exposed, and employees were guilted into working extra shifts to cover those who had been sick even though they were exposed.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 30
