COVID-19: Employees do not wear masks. Workplace violence. There is pipeline outside on the west side of the building that is an old gas pipe. They were told the pipes needed replaced and they have not been replaced for two years. The walk-in cooler where all of the food is kept was shut off and the temperature was below the red line. The managers were contacted, and they told the employees just to turn on the walk-in and serve the food. The food inside was defrosted and warm.
