1. Management/hosts/servers talk to and serve guests without having a mask on. 2. Most every night The Fountain was open they were allowing guests to crowd around the bar area and failed to put up protective plastic to protect the bartenders. 3. They failed to ask employees that took vacations out of state to take time off upon returning to work. 4. They also failed to provide masks and gloves to employees on several occasions. 5. They failed to place any "6 feet" markers on the ground and they did not enforce any kind of social distancing. 6. They repeatedly sat separate parties at the same tables or large "community tables" with one or sometimes no chair in between guests that had not planned on dining with strangers. 7. Employees are concerned that The Lodge will lack precautions when opened and have the same issues as The Fountain did.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-07
