1. Employer is not enforcing the use of face coverings. 2. Employer is not enforcing social distancing. 3. Employer is not informing employees when co-worker test positive for COVID-19. 4. The warehouse floor is overloaded with pallets making the pallets on the racks inaccessible with the fork truck. Employees will either have to climb on racks up to 3 stories high or stand on the forks of the fork truck and then be lifted up to three stories to grab products off of a rack. the man lift cage the employer purchased to do that type of work is used as a dumpster for garbage daily. 5. An employee had to stand on the top of a 12" ladder reaching up trying to grab things and has fallen off the ladder at least once. 6. Operators of the forklift are not certified. 7. Materials stored in second building located around the corner is jammed full of pallets stacked 3 high. Some of these stacks have fallen over making it very precarious and dangerous. 8.
