1. There are trip and slip hazards due to product and other items placed in the aisles, including buckets, which are intended to catch water dripping from the air conditioning system. 2. Employees could be getting exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to employees who are coughing not being required to wear masks. 3.
