"Covid outbreak and no one told anyone who got exposed! Now a bunch of workers are out sick some have to work while sick they won't shut down it's bad. " "Extremely understaffed due to COVID outbreak and still admitting patients, forcing workers to work while still sick and symptomatic. Asking workers to work extra shifts/hours due to being understaffed while failing to provide adequate PPE. Management has also failed to notify workers who have been directly exposed to other workers who have tested positive.
