1. Employees are concerned for their health while being exposed to excessive mold and dust due to the lack of cleaning. The employer is not providing mask. 2. The water from the breakroom faucet dispenses brown water. 3. The employer does not provide safety training involving escape routes, emergency action plans, proper lifting techniques, use of eyewash stations and the location of fire extinguishers. 4. The restroom is not cleaned and has bugs inside. 5. Employees are exposed to struck by hazards caused by the unsafe stacking of furniture approximately 7-8 feet high. 6. Employees are concerned about injuries while being required to manually lift heavy objects which weigh approximately 80-125 pounds. 7. The employer has first aid kits which are not stocked properly. The employer has not provided training on actions to take in cases of minor and severe injuries. 8. There is poor illumination in areas of the warehouse which expose employees to injuries. 9. The employer has not provided safety training for the proper use of equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks use of mechanical and semi mechanical tools. 10. There have been COVID-19 cases; however, the employer is not requiring the wearing of masks. 11. Employees are exposed to fire hazards caused by poor organization of the stored furniture. Furniture is placed in areas which cover the electrical outlets. 12. The employer is not providing personal protection equipment such as safety gloves and glasses.
