1. Employees weld on galvanized steel without adequate ventilation. These employees do not wear respiratory protection, and it is unknown if these employees are overexposed to metal fume. 2. Employees do not wear safety-toe protective footwear when working around heavy equipment. 3. Wheels on trucks and trailers are not chocked when employees enter them. 4. Heavy metals are stored on racks that are not properly bolted to the floor. 5. There are unlabeled bottles of chemicals throughout the establishment. 6.
