Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.37 2) Workers are exposed to struck by hazards. The employer requires workers to work around improperly stacked pallets. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.176 3) Workers are exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards. The employer requires workers to work around loose, unsecured dockboards near the dock doors. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.22 4) Workers are exposed to unsanitary conditions. The employer allows trash accumulation in the chips and tray area. The employer requires workers to manually lift and lower dock door 1 due to the powered remote controls not working.
