1. Oxygen and acetylene bottles are not properly stored. 2. Flammable paints etc. are left out, and not stored in a cabinet. 3. Safety Data Sheets, (SDS), are not provided for the chemicals in use. 4. There is no exhaust ventilation in the paint shop. 5. There are no welding screens to protect employees in the vicinity of welding operations. 6.
