The employer failed to establish and implement infection control measures to including, but not limited to: - Educating employees about when they should stay home and when they can return to work. - Actively encouraging employees who are sick or have recently has a close contact with a person with COVID-19 to stay home. - Developing policies that encourage sick employees to stay at home without fear of reprisal, and ensure employees are aware of these policies. - Encouraging employees that they should stay home if they have tested positive for or are showing COVID-19 symptoms. - Performing contact tracing to identify and promptly inform employees working in proximity to any employees who confirmed positive for COVID-19, including communicating to other employees their possible exposure to the Coronavirus.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-30
