1. The employer did not implement and maintain an effective Infectious Disease Preparedness and Prevention Program for Covid-19 and other infectious diseases in order to protect workers assigned to medical/health offices and related worksites. Upon knowledge of positive cases, the employer did not inform the workers on prevention procedures, and did not provide provide adequate protective equipment. 2. The employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard Communication Program; did not collect the Safety Data Sheets (SDS); did not make SDSs freely available to the workers, and did not provide training in relation to the Program and the hazardous properties of chemicals at the workplace.
