1. The wall in the back of the store is crumbling. The employer placed yellow tape around the area and told employees to keep customers away. Pieces of the wall and ceiling fall when it rains and employees can hear a "cracking noise" from the wall. There is concern that the wall could collapse and injure employees and/or customers. 2. The store is not maintained in a sanitary, clean manner. It is extremely dirty inside the store and the trash is not taken out. 3. The store is always crowded and patrons are not being required to wear face masks, which is putting employees' health at risk.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-09-02
