The IDA released proper donning and removing PPE, employees informed supervisor that they need to wash their hands when removing PPE. The supervisor told the employees that they do not need to wash their hands only use hand sanitizer. They should be changing their gloves. Employees are taking off PPE, not washing their hands and eating. Employees are not washing hands between patients. Employees were told IDA requirements do not pertain to them. The doctor wears a face shield and gown in the office with blood spatter on it and handles without gloves. The doctor will wear the same hazmat suit with blood and keep treating patients. The doctor will wear gloves after treating patients and touch surfaces in the office.
