Employees are exposed to infectious disease such as COVID-19 in that the employer fails to require and enforce the use of face coverings by employees per CDC guidelines. 3. The Women's bathroom does not have running hot water to properly was hands. 4. The heating units throughout the facility are not working exposing employees to cold temperatures. 5. Employees are exposed to health issued due to rats/rat droppings observed in the warehouse area. 6.
