1. Chemical containers are being assembled in the warehouse with no protective equipment provided, no safety procedures in place, and possible issues with ventilation when using equipment to assemble and store the containers. 2. Employees hand mix undiluted cleaning chemical solutions without the proper protective equipment and several employees have had the solution spash into their faces and spill onto their hands and clothes. 3. Containers being assembled are not being stored properly such as in a temperature controlled environment, potentially endangering all employees. 4. No training provided on the potential safety hazards or the measures needed when handling these materials exposing employees. 5. Adding additional cleaning solution to containers before resealing with no protective equipment or safety measures. 6. Inproperly storing waste cleaning solution/materials with mold on it, waste can was left open inside the warehouse exposing employees. 7.
