Work place is not routinely cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. An employee recently tested positive for COVID-19 and employees who worked with the employee and/or ate in the break room with this employee, were not informed of required testing, quarantining, and return to work CDC guidelines. A dentist was hospitalized and passed away from COVID-19 in January. Employees that worked in close contact with the dentist were not informed of the required testing, quarantining, and return to work CDC guidelines.

I was told and shown big lucky boxes worth 100$ or more, I got a cheap no name brand ear buds and a phone charger. Not worth more then 15$. I got rip-off and would like to return and get money back. It’s a community issue if you see how many people got taken also!
