1. Coworkers that have tested positive for COVID-19 have returned to work while they continue to be symptomatic, ignoring CDC guidance. 2. The employer has instructed the employee that was sick to conceal their COVID-19 diagnosis, when it should have been the employee's choice to notify other employees that they may interact closely with, to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The employer is preventing other employees from making appropriate contact tracing, isolation, and early screening decisions based on that information. 3. The employer is reusing N95 masks, but has not provided information to employees on the process being utilized. 4. Inpatients that have been transferred amongst hospital departments have been transferred into departments without notifying staff that they are COVID-19 positive. 5. A doctor that caught COVID-19 due to a close exposure at home had continued working in the family internal medicine clinic and spread COVID-19 to several of the staff in that clinic.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 80
