1. Employees are exposed to extreme temperatures, putting them at risk for heat-related illnesses such as heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The employer has not taken steps to ensure that employees are protected from these hazards. The requirement to wear masks despite the employees- ability to social distance increases the hazard of the heat index in the facility. 2.
